fix: resolve kustomize namespace conflict for gooseek-sandbox 
- Extracted gooseek-sandbox Namespace to separate file
- Apply sandbox-namespace.yaml separately before kustomize
- Fixed deprecated commonLabels -> labels
- Prevents namespace transformation conflict
